Refund Policy
- If you enroll or are admitted to any of NCTI’s courses, you will not be able to request a refund of the course fee (full or partial) in any way and you will not be refunded until the main live class or batch of your course begins.
- If your course’s main live class or batch has started, you will not receive a refund until the first module (or one (1) week) is completed.
- You will receive a refund after completing 1 module or one (1) week of your course, subject to conditions.
- You will only have 1 week (7 days) to claim this refund. Once the week (7 days) is over, you will no longer be able to apply for a refund or NCTI will not refund you.

Conditions for receiving a refund:
In addition to the above conditions, additional conditions for receiving a refund:
- Of course, you can only request a refund if your course has been paid in full.
- You must provide a valid reason to receive a refund.
- Only if the payer faces any difficulties in the course due to the NCTI’s service (if the NCTI does not provide what was promised before purchasing the course), then a refund can only be requested.
- You will only have 1 week (7 days) to claim this refund. Once the week (7 days) is over, you will no longer be able to apply for a refund or NCTI will not refund you.
How long will it take to receive a refund after applying?
- If your application is found to be correct after verification, your money will be refunded within 14-21 days of application.
