1. Introduction and Scope

NCTI Bangladesh operates with the mission to provide top-notch IT solutions and world-class skill development education. Our vision is to become the leading IT company by 2030 and establish a fully practical-based IT Research Institute in Bangladesh. These terms govern all interactions with our educational and service-based offerings.

2. Skill Development Courses

• Enrollment: Registration for courses (Cybersecurity, Web Development, AI, etc.) is subject to availability and the fulfillment of any stated prerequisites.

• Code of Conduct: As we teach sensitive subjects like Cybersecurity, students must agree to use the skills learned strictly for ethical, defensive, and legal purposes. Any malicious use of skills learned at NCTI will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

• Payments and Refunds: Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes unless an installment plan is formally agreed upon. Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Intellectual Property: All course materials, videos, and documentation remain the exclusive property of NCTI. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing these materials without written consent is prohibited and illegal.

3. IT Services

• Service Agreements: Engagements for IT services (Web/Software Development, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Digital Marketing, etc.) will be governed by a separate, project-specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely access to necessary systems, resources, and feedback to ensure the successful delivery of services.

• Confidentiality: NCTI agrees to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding client data, especially during digital forensics and cybersecurity audits. We will not disclose proprietary client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest-quality education and secure IT solutions, NCTI Bangladesh shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, software, or educational applications.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
