At Nation Cyber Tech Institute (NCTI Bangladesh), we are committed to delivering high-quality skill development education and IT services. Please read our refund policy carefully, as strict conditions apply to all refund requests.
1. Skill Development Courses
Enrollment in our courses reserves your seat and grants access to our resources. Therefore, course fees are strictly non-refundable, except under the following two specific circumstances:
Medical Emergencies: A refund is possible in the event of a severe medical emergency that prevents the student from continuing the course. The student must submit valid and verifiable medical documents to support the emergency claim.
Failure to Fulfill Commitments: A refund is also applicable if NCTI Bangladesh fails to perform its duties properly or does not fulfill its promised commitments regarding the course delivery .
Full Payment Prerequisite: To be eligible to apply for any course fee refund (whether for medical reasons or institute fault), the student must have already paid the course fee in full. Students on partial payments or installments are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Processing Time: If the refund claim (for either a medical emergency or failure to deliver) is reviewed and approved by NCTI administration, it will take exactly 25 days to complete the refund process.
2. IT Services (Development, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing)
Due to the labor and resources allocated to custom IT solutions, refunds for services are not granted for a change of mind or business direction.
Eligibility for Service Refunds: A refund for IT services is only possible under the following conditions:
The delivered software or service fundamentally fails to fulfill the client’s agreed-upon demands and requirements.
The software quality is proven to be severely compromised.
There is a demonstrable fault, failure, or breach of delivery directly from NCTI’s side.
Refund Calculation: If a refund is approved based on the criteria above, the final payable amount is subject to calculation. NCTI will assess the project and deduct costs for any damages, third-party expenses, or correctly completed labor before determining the final refund amount.
Processing Time: Once the final payable refund amount is calculated and approved, the funds will be issued to the client within 15 working days.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request for an eligible course or a compromised IT service:
Submit in Writing: Email your formal refund request to info@nctibd.com.
Include Documentation:
For courses: Attach your medical documents (if applicable), proof of full payment, or a detailed explanation of where NCTI failed to fulfill its course commitments.
For IT services: Attach a detailed explanation of the software failure or quality compromise.
Review Process: Our administration or technical team will review the claim and contact you regarding the approval status and the calculated refund amount (if applicable).
